Outdoor Kitchen and seating

While the Covid 19 restrictions limit us in our normal operations, it is now the time to work on the something we have in mind long time........ an outdoor kitchen and seating area. While I write this news the building is in full progress and we aim to finish before our first guests arrive again. 

This outdoor kitchen will be equipped with cooker including high speed burners, typically required to prepare tradiional Thai and Isaan food. To ensure we have sufficient workspace an island is situated in the center with large workspace for chopping food or other preparations. Ofcourse sink, microwave and refriguator are part of it too. In addition we also have a smoker / BBQ made to prepare a width variety of dishes and prepare quality meat. Under the same roof a large table is planned to dine at; in addition additional seating is under preparation.

In near future our guests can enjoy home cooked Thai / Isaan food, a nice piece of meat, fish made on the spot. Ofcourse it is even possible for our guests to cook themselves, with or without support.
