Often we are asked: “Do you have a restaurant in your Resotel ?” To answer, let first see what the meaning of the word “restaurant” actually is: Although we not have a restaurant in today’s meaning of the word, we do “to provide food for”, as It originally mend to be. |

| So what do we offer for food….?
We start the day with a full Dutch/Thai breakfast with selection of bread, toppings, eggs, coffee, tea and fruits..... any special wishes we aim to include too. Breakfast is included in your room rate. |

| During the day lunch is typically taken while on excursion or elsewhere outside, however for the ones enjoying a relaxing day at our Resotel, they have a choice of freshly prepared food that we keep conditioned in our freezer. It only take a few moments to serve you a lasagna, spaghetti Bolognese, pizza, French fries, hamburger, meat pie or some sandwiches, all against fair prices. More into a traditional Thai lunch....? In the village are several places where you can eat a noodle soup or other simple but authentic Thai food. Few minutes by scooter, or if you like walking, about kilometer hike. |  |
| For dinner our guests do not have to worry neither; in the vicinity of our Resotel are plenty of restaurants, from street-food vendors to more luxury accommodations......all just a 15 minute drive away. If you not have a car, no worry, since our staff can bring you to location of your choice (we do not recommend to ride scooter during evening/darkness) and ofcourse make sure you get back safely too. Ofcourse we suggest you where to go based on what you fancy to eat and type of atmosphere. Due to the informal nature of our Resotel, it often occurs that we join dinner outside with our guests ......... we need to eat too and the assistance of your hostess Salinee for menu-translations helps to make right choice. |

And there is always a possibility to join us for dinner. Your hostess Salinee is a great cook and often prepares authentic Thai food. If you like to “dine with us”, just let her know and she makes it happen. And not be shy if you like to help out in the kitchen; nothing wrong with getting free lessons in Thai-Isan cooking. Alternatively, we use a local restaurant where we order your selection, pick it up and serve it to you at our Resotel. Or we drive you to the open market in PhanKhon, where vendors offer a rich selection of freshly prepared traditional Thai food to take home, where you eat it in privacy or together with others. |
